Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 317 (AC/DC) - Similar to
Polystain¢ç 316 exept that the higher alloy content,
particularly molybdenum, gives extra creep strength,
corrosion resistance and added protection when welding
types 316, 316-L and 317 stainless steel. Uses include
weldments to resist corrosion caused by sulfuric and
sulfurous acids. Used extensively in the chemical, paper
and textile industries where fabricated equipment is
subject to temperatures up to 1,300F.
Specification: AWS-E317
Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 330 (AC/DC) - For welding cast or
wrought forms of type 330 stainless steel with excellent
heat and creep resistance. Uses include the fabrication
and repair of heat-treating equipment, furnace
components and many other high-temperture applications.
Specification: AWS-E330
Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 3320 (AC/DC) - For fabricating
Carpenter¢ç 20 and 20CB-3. This alloy offers superior
resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion.
A low residual "LR" version is also offered.
Specification: AWS-E320
Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 347 (AC/DC) - A columbium
stabilized alloy for welding types 308-L, 347 and 321
stainless steel and stainless clad steels. Used in all
applications where type 308-L is used, but where higher
corrosion resistance is required. Uses include
fabrication of pressure vessels in the petroleum and
chemical industries.
Specification: AWS-E347
Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 410 (AC/DC) - A 12% chromium
martensitic alloy for welding types 403, 405, 410, 414,
416 and 420 stainless alloys and for overlays on mild
and low-alloy steels where abrasion, erosion and
corrosion resistance are required. Pre and post heat
treatment is recommended.
Specification: AWS-E410
Available forms: E , FC , TIG , MIG
¡¡
Polystain¢ç 410 NiMo (AC/DC) - A 410 type
alloy with added nickel and molybdenum for welding or
overlaying types 405, 410 and 410 NiMo wrought and cast
